4.3K run from cottage to youth hostel up the hill. 100m of ascent in that run. Nearly died running up 15% gradient. Reflective bib very visible to car driver. Weather was a wee bit windy.
Forgot to time route but 30 mins of records had played on iTunes by the time I returned.

Soup and bread rolls for dinner
Tuna and spuds for tea followed by fruit.
Have managed to source new bits for my old road bike.
